Meet Penny
As a bodyworker over the past 30 years, I have developed a deeper intuition and sensitivity to subtle energies of the body. The intuition that presents itself as an a-ha moment alerts me to imbalance within the physical and energy body of my client. I have used this process to guide and enhance my healing practice.
After years of reading energy, taking additional courses in the study of the chakra system and enhancing my abilities in energy work, I became a Reiki Master in 2008. Reiki offered me tools and knowledge to enhance my healing practice and provided a safe and effective modality for energy work.
I believe we hold the experience of our life in our physical and emotional bodies. My work focuses on bringing these areas into balance. I enhance this process by bringing my intuition into each session to explore these connections and assist my clients in their journey of healing.
My goal is to offer my clients a safe and calming environment to assist them in finding balance and healing within themselves.
