Therapeutic Massage
I have 30 years of experience as a massage therapist and provide an array of highly effective techniques including Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Reiki. I work through each massage using my intuition to guide me to what is needed to facilitate the most effective path to balance and release of deep tension and pain in the body.

Energywork
In this session, I give an intuitive assessment of the client's energy system. I balance the chakras and clear any energy blockages connected to emotions, people and events in their life. This session can be experiential, involving the client's participation in exploring their timeline and accessing imbalance in their body through symptoms or areas of stress. Reiki is used throughout the session.
Additional sessions may be necessary to complete the healing process.

Intuitive Reading
This is a psychic reading with the focus on healing, with information on who in your life is part of your "play" and how you all come together to assist each other. I will also look at your energy centers and see where blocked energy can be causing problems.
My intuitive readings start with an assessment of the client's energy. I will give a general explanation of how one's energy effects daily life. From there, I will see what is the most pressing issue for that person at the time and address what that is and ideas to resolve it.
If appropriate, past life information may be shared as it relates to the issue at hand. Each reading starts with a brief chakra balance to enhance the reading.
